We are growing and are now looking for a Property Manager for our commercial organization in the South.

About the role
As a Property Manager with us, you are in the driver's seat and have overall responsibility for the properties in your portfolio. You are ultimately responsible for the economy, customers, leasing, operations, and projects. You own and handle all daily management issues and are the face outward toward the tenants. Taking initiative and coming up with improvement suggestions on how we can improve key figures without compromising customer satisfaction is a central part of the assignment.

Your daily life
With us, you are more than a property manager; you are an ambassador for our brand and feel responsible for how we are doing every day. You work closely with the tenants and have a natural daily presence out in the property. Your base will be our office in Malmö, but your arena is the properties in your portfolio.
